All this week we have been celebrating National Apprenticeship Week across the school. Students have had the chance to learn more about the opportunities which apprenticeships can provide and discover the wide range of job roles and sectors they cover.
Through assemblies, workshops, work in subjects and tutor time, we have raised awareness and highlighted for the 6th form students how to navigate the application process. Every year, we witness more and more students leaving RHS to become accomplished apprentices. We look forward to exploring the world of apprenticeships even further during the Post-18 Pathways Evening in April.
In addition to this, last week we welcomed Zoe Haycocks from RedBull Racing to talk to the Year 8 students about careers and apprenticeships in engineering and after half term the RAF will be visiting to talk to Year 10 about apprenticeship pathways.
