Lights, camera, action at Sky Studios!
What a day! 30 of our Year 8 and 9 students had the fantastic opportunity to visit Sky Studios Elstree for an insight day exploring careers in Film and TV.
The students enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the impressive sound stages and sets where productions are brought to life, created and produced their own short film in the VR studio. They also took part in a Q&A session with industry professionals to learn about the wide range of roles and career pathways available within the sector.
Our students were a credit to the school throughout the day, demonstrating excellent behaviour and enthusiasm while experiencing life in a professional (and very impressive!) working environment.
A brilliant day of inspiration, creativity and career exploration—and yes, one of the highlights was seeing the real Jeep from the original Jurassic Park films!
