Our Christmas Card Competition Winners: A Creative Celebration of the Season!
A huge thank you to all the boys who took part in our Christmas Card Design Competition! We received 341 entries from years 7 to 11 split over the 6 houses. Hale entered the largest number of designs with 120 entries.
It’s been wonderful to see the students bring their christmas cheer to life through art and we’ve been so impressed with the talent and originality on display, making it a difficult decision for our judges. After much deliberation, we’re excited to announce the winners of this year’s competition. Congratulations to all the talented participants – you made this competition extra special!
1st Place: Elliot (7 Cowper)
A huge round of applause for Elliot, whose design captured the magic of the season blending festive symbols with a touch of imagination, earning him the top spot. Elliot’s vibrant artwork will be our official school Christmas card this year, spreading christmas cheer. We can’t wait for everyone to see it!
2nd Place: Murray (10 Hale)
Murray’s design stood out for its elegance and subtle beauty. His thoughtful use of design and intricate details made his card one to remember. Congratulations on such an outstanding piece of art!
3rd Place: Arthur (8 Cowper)
Arthur’s card wowed the judges with its fun, playful approach to Christmas and 3d design. With a mix of traditional elements and quirky touches, his design was both joyful and eye-catching. Well done, Arthur, for capturing the spirit of the season so wonderfully!
A Special Shoutout to All Participants
We would also like to extend a big thank you to every boy who entered the competition. The quality of the designs was exceptional, and it was clear that each participant poured their creativity and festive spirit into their work. Your efforts truly made this competition a memorable part of our school’s Christmas celebrations.
The winning artwork will be sent out as our official school Christmas card, spreading cheer to all who receive it. We look forward to seeing these fantastic designs brightening up the holiday season!
