Arbor Parent Portal and App

 

At Richard Hale School, we use the Arbor Parent Portal and App to keep parents and carers informed about their child’s day-to-day school life. Through the platform, you can quickly access key information including payments, attendance records, achievement points, and behaviour updates.

 

How to Set Up Your Account

  1. Go to the Login Page: Visit https://richard-hale-school.uk.arbor.education/ or download the Arbor App (App Store or Google Play Store).
  2. Initialise Your Account: On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?”.
  3. Enter Your Email: Type in the email address this message was sent to and click “Reset Password.”
  4. Create Your Password: You will receive an email with a link to set your new password.
  5. Final Step: Once you log in, you will be asked to enter your child’s Date of Birth as a final security check.

We recommend doing the initial setup on a computer or laptop using Google Chrome. Once you’ve set your password, the mobile app is the most convenient way to use Arbor day-to-day.
